MODERN MECHANISMS FOR STRENGTHENING THE FINANCIAL STABILITY OF THE BANKING SYSTEM AND RECOMMENDATIONS

The article provides a systematic analysis of modern mechanisms for strengthening the financial stability of the banking system. Macroprudential policy, countercyclical capital buffers, stress-testing methodology, digital supervision (SupTech and RegTech), deposit insurance, crisis resolution mechanisms, and ESG integration are examined in detail. International experience (USA Dodd-Frank Act, EU SSM/SRM, UK ring-fencing, Singapore MAS) is analyzed. Eight practical recommendations and five перспективe directions are developed for the banking system of Uzbekistan.
