A METHOD FOR DEVELOPING THE ABILITY TO MAKE QUICK DECISIONS IN HIGH-LEVEL TAEKWONDO STAFF

This paper examines the development and improvement of rapid decision-making skills in taekwondo athletes. The need for targeted development of cognitive mechanisms in competitive environments is substantiated. A proprietary methodology based on the integration of situational modeling, sensorimotor training, and psychological preparation is presented. The results of a pedagogical experiment demonstrate positive dynamics in reactivity and tactical effectiveness.
