Each file
is labeled after which neuron (eg. Neuron # 1) and which pattern of stimulation
it contains (e.g., S20).

Each file
contains:1-An A column with the number of sample points. For the eight pattern
stimulations, the time sample points are -0.11 seconds pre-stimulus to +0.5
seconds post stimulus. 2- The remaining columns consist of the current value of
the membrane potential (in mV) at the current time sample point. Since the
number of repetitions for each cell is different, the number of columns is also
different. For the pattern stimulations: from 33-100 repetitions.
