mRNA expression profiles in a heat stress model of Laying Hens

we hypothesized that miRNA-regulated heat stress response may plays an important regulatory role in maintaining normal physiological functions in animals under heat stress. Therefore, we integrated the mRNAs and miRNAs profiles to identify heat stress-responsive miRNAs and also construct a novel miRNA-mRNA regulatory mechanism in the regulation of the heat stress response in laying hens.
