The data set is refreshed on a weekly basis on Fridays at 2:45 AM. The website will reflect the last time the data set was updated and the total count of rows. The grid on the “Data” tab will display the up to date data. However, in certain situations there is a delay in the refresh of the downloadable data file. Sometimes the downloadable file does not reflect the updates to the data in the portal. After a delay (duration has been variable; up to 30 minutes), the file will be updated on the server and then downloads will include the updated data.本数据集每周于周五凌晨2:45执行刷新操作。网站将展示该数据集的最后更新时间以及总行数。"数据"标签下的网格视图将显示最新数据。但在某些特定情形下，可下载数据文件的刷新会出现延迟，有时下载文件无法同步门户内的数据更新。经过一段时长不定（最长可达30分钟）的延迟后，服务器上的文件将完成更新，此后的下载文件将包含更新后的数据。
