Breast cancer cell line T47D sequencing

Transcriptome sequencing was conducted on T47D breast cancer cells to examine the impact of pituitary adenylyl cyclase-activated peptide (PACAP38) on gene expression. The experiment included two groups:Control Group (Drug-free): T47D cells without PACAP38 treatment.Experimental Group (PACAP38-treated): T47D cells treated with PACAP38 (100 nM) for 12 hours under in vitro culture conditions.The purpose of this experiment was to explore how PACAP38 influences gene expression in T47D breast cancer cells, with the goal of gaining insight into its potential role in regulating pathways involved in tumor progression, suppression, or other critical biological processes in breast cancer.
