The objective is to understand how the transcriptome of dendritic cells changes after the uptake of ferroptotic cells. Bone marrow derived dendritic cells (4 samples) and bone marrow derived dendritic cells co-cultured with ferroptotic Jurkats and futher sorted, so only dendritic cells that phagocitized the ferroptotic cells are subjected to the analysis.
