Harnessing light-activated gallium porphyrins - raw data

<p>The dataset originates from in vitro studies on <em>Staphylococcus aureus</em> infections in human keratinocytes (HaCaT cell line). Data were collected under controlled laboratory conditions and include experiments with gallium(III) porphyrin (Ga³⁺CHP) activated by green light to assess its ability to reduce both intracellular and extracellular bacteria. The dataset contains information on cell and bacterial culture preparation, illumination schemes, photosensitizer accumulation measurements, bacterial survival analysis, and host cell cytotoxicity. Data are both quantitative (bacterial reduction rates, fluorescence intensity) and qualitative (microscopy imaging, subcellular localization of Ga³⁺CHP).</p><p><br /></p>
