Proflavine-stained cells (WBC)

All human cells used in this study were collected following written informed consent from healthy volunteers as part of a protocol (IRB#13-06-759) approved by the University of Arkansas Institutional Review Board. Blood was collected via fingerprick, and stained with proflavine to a final concentration of 0.01% (w/v) in PBS. Images were cropped, and normalized. Scale bar on image SCALEBAR normalized (39).tif is 10um, and is the same scale for other WBC cropped images in this fileset.
