Data Use: This geocoded point-layer of active urban agriculture sites in the City of Dallas was compiled from several lists dated from 2017, 2018, 2022, and November 2024. The sites were verified by online presence, satellite imagery, and site visits. Acres were calculated with polygon digitizing over productive areas revealed by the satellite imagery. This is an active layer in the webmap, COD Social Health UA, and it is used for the on-going urban agriculture suitability analysis for the City of Dallas in par with the implementation of the Comprehensive Urban Agriculture Plan (CUAP).
