Paired-end RNA-seq data from Anaeromyxobacter strain AM1 under different electron-donor and electron-acceptor conditions

This dataset contains paired-end RNA-seq reads from Anaeromyxobacter strain AM1 cultured under different electron-donor and electron-acceptor conditions. The experiment was designed to characterize transcriptional responses associated with the presence or absence of nitrate (NO3−) as the sole electron acceptor, with malate as the sole electron donor. The dataset comprises 22 paired-end RNA-seq libraries (44 gzipped FASTQ files), distributed across 22 TAR archives, with one archive provided for each sample. The accompanying file manifests and SHA-256 checksum files support sample identification and file-integrity verification.
