Unsupervised pretraining in biological neural network

This dataset include all the behavioral and neural data for the paper "Unsupervised pretraining in biological neural network". Please see the paper and code repository for more details about the data acquisition and analysis.Data files:<br><b>\beh</b> contains behavioral data of all recording sessions of all experiments<b>\beh\Unsupervised_pretraining_behavior</b> contains behavioral data of 3 different cohorts: Beh_pretrain_on_nat_image.npy: pretrained and task learning on the same naturalistic stimuli. Beh_pretrain_on_grat_image.npy: pretrained on gratings while task learning on naturalistic stimuli.Beh_no_pretrain.npy: no pretraining and task learning on naturalistic stimuli.<b>\spk</b> contains all recording sessions<b>\retinotopy</b> contains the retinotopy information of recorded neurons
