Gene expression data of livers from C57BL/6J mice treated with vehicle control or dexamethasone

We report the RNA-Sequencing data for the livers of C57BL/6J mice treated with vehicle control (CON) or dexamethasone (DEX) 10-week-old male C57BL/6J mice were purchased from the Shanghai Laboratory Animal Company (SLAC, Shanghai, China).Dexamethasone (Sigma-Aldrich, St. Louis, MO, USA) or vehicle control (Saline) was administered daily at a dose of 1.0 mg/kg body weight by intraperitoneal injection for 14 days. Then, mice were sacrificed and livers were harvested for RNA extraction.
