This inquiry, established under Section 119 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (Act No.203, 1979), was held between 7 September and 22 October 1993 before Commissioner Mark Carleton who was appointed on 21 June 1993. (1) The Commissioner's report was published in December 1993.
