To elucidate whether Faecalibacterium prausnitzii has effects on intestinal toxicity induced by immune checkpoint inhibitors, we performed RNA-seq analysis of colon tissues of mice receiving DSS, DSS+ICB and DSS+ICB+F. prausnitzii gavage to compare the gene expression profiles.
