DNA metabarcoding reveals summer diet diversity and niche partitioning by two sympatric herbivores

Original diet analysis data between sika deer and reeve's muntjac in the summer included OTUs and quality filtering files based on highthroughput sequencing, they were uploaded to the Figshare system. These original data could support and strengthen the understanding of this paper.
