This dataset contains 12 video files collected from the deep-focus plankton imager (DPI) version of the in situ ictyoplankton imaging system (ISIIS). These files are intended to be used for testing, validating, and comparing computational pipelines. These videos were collected in the Northern Gulf of Alaska as part of an NSF-sponsored field campaign (NGA LTER).
