MicroCT of PTHrP-mCherry Mouse Embryos at E18.5

This dataset contains microCT scans of PTHrP-mCherry reporter mouse embryos at embryonic day 18.5 (E18.5). Two genotypes are represented: homozygous (mCherry/mCherry) and heterozygous (mCherry/+). The scans were used for craniofacial skeletal analysis and correspond to the findings reported in the publication "A PTHrP Gradient Drives Mandibular Condylar Chondrogenesis via Runx2" (DOI: 10.1177/00220345231208175). All scans were performed at a voxel resolution of 10 μm and saved in DICOM format.
