Flow cytometric analysis of immunological and haematological cell populations

Flow cytometric analysis of various techniques used to compare the haematological profile of a treatment-naïve HIV-positive group to a HIV-negative (control) group. The data analysed is as following: basic immune profile, mononuclear cell isolation, enumeration and phenotypic characterisation of haematopoietic stem and progenitor cells, colony forming units assessment and enumeration of myeloid derived suppressor cells. Mononuclear cell count of each sample analysed are provided in pdf format. Processed data requires Graphpad Prism software to be opened. All images related to the data are available in .png format.

本数据集通过流式细胞术对一系列技术进行了分析，旨在比较未经治疗的HIV阳性群体与HIV阴性（对照组）的血液学特征。所分析的数据包括基本免疫学特征、单核细胞分离、造血干细胞及其祖细胞的计数与表型鉴定、集落形成单位评估以及髓源抑制细胞的计数。各样本分析中的单核细胞计数以PDF格式提供。处理后的数据需使用Graphpad Prism软件打开。所有与数据相关的图像均以.png格式提供。
