INSM2 promotes the development of neuroblastoma by regulating lipid metabolism

Lipid metabolism plays important roles in neuroblastoma. To explore INSM2-dependent gene regulation, RNA-seq analysis was performed. Compared with the control group, INSM2 knockdown SK-N-BE(2) cells showed differently expressed genes. We found that INSM2 regulates lipid metabolism to promote the development of neuroblastoma. Overall design: mRNA profiles of SK-N-BE(2) cells transfected with scramble shRNA (sh-Scb) or sh-INSM2 were generated by RNA sequencing, in double, using Illumina NovaSeq6000.
