资源简介:

This dataset contains the supplementary data supporting a study of leaf dehydration tolerance in 18 native tree species used in forest restoration in the Mato Grosso Amazon, Brazil. The dataset comprises results from progressive leaf dehydration assays, chlorophyll fluorescence measurements, and leaf morphological, anatomical, and stomatal analyses.Table S1 presents model-fitting results for the relationship between percentage loss of the maximum quantum yield of Photosystem II photochemistry (PL[Fv/Fm]) and decreasing relative water content (RWC). It includes model parameters, R², log-likelihood, AIC, AICc, and the estimated RWC associated with 10% and 50% losses of Fv/Fm (RWCPL[Fv/Fm]10 and RWCPL[Fv/Fm]50).Table S2 presents model-fitting results for the relationship between RWC and dehydration time, including the estimated time required to reach the RWC associated with 10% and 50% losses of Fv/Fm (Time_RWCPL[Fv/Fm]10 and Time_RWCPL[Fv/Fm]50).Table S3 summarizes interspecific variation in physiological dehydration thresholds, dehydration time, leaf mass per area, leaf thickness, anatomical tissue proportions, and stomatal traits, together with the results of statistical comparisons among species.Together, these data support the assessment of interspecific variation in leaf dehydration tolerance and its association with leaf structural traits in tree species used for forest restoration in the Mato Grosso Amazon
