Asset Management Field Description:The UnitRate and CRC describe the current replacement cost based upon a unit rate appropriate for the type of asset. These fields will be maintained by the Asset Management Team and will be updated upon review of the Unit rate. The ServiceLifeRemaining field is a calculated field based on the ServiceLife and Age of the feature which provides the percentage of the expected service life that remains. Additionally, the ConditionAge field is also calculated field based on the ServiceLifeRemaining field that calculates a score describing its condition of 1 to 5 (1 being the best condition, 5 being the most poor condition) based upon its remaining service life. Both of these fields are maintained by the Asset Management Team and are updated annually资产管理字段说明：UnitRate与CRC字段基于适配资产类型的单价，用于表征现行重置成本。上述字段由资产管理团队负责维护，并将在对单价进行审核后更新。剩余使用寿命（ServiceLifeRemaining）字段为计算字段，基于资产要素的使用寿命（ServiceLife）与已使用时长（Age）计算得出，用于表征剩余预期使用寿命的占比。此外，工况评分（ConditionAge）字段同样为计算字段，基于剩余使用寿命字段计算得出，将依据资产要素的剩余使用寿命生成1至5分的工况评分（1分代表工况最佳，5分代表工况最差）。上述两类计算字段均由资产管理团队负责维护，并按年度进行更新。
