白内障晶体囊膜力学实验数据

2019年10月至2021年6月期间，在首都医科大学，用Micron Optics Si225光纤光栅解调仪采集白内障晶体前囊的生物力学特性和撕囊力特性。白内障手术（英语：Cataract surgery）是一项眼科手术，目的为移除混浊的水晶体，并植入透明的人工晶体以作取代。白内障的可能原因包括年老退化、眼睛受外力创伤、药物副作用（特别是长期使用类固醇）、以及长期暴露于红外线和微波。第一症状通常为对一般光线感到强烈的刺眼、夜晚视线昏暗、光源不足的地方，视线更加模糊。白内障手术通常是眼科医生在门诊进行而不需要住院。无论是在眼球表面（topical）、眼球周边（peribulbar）或眼球后方（retrobulbar）施以局部麻醉， 病人顶多感觉到稍微不舒服或几乎没感觉。此手术有超过90%的成功率帮助患者恢复因白内障而受损的视力；其衍生出的手术后遗症几率十分低。目前的白内障手术可概括分为两类，分别为白内障超声乳化术及囊外白内障摘除手术。当日手术、高手术量、低侵入性、手术伤口小的白内障超声乳化术以及快速的术后恢复已是世界共同的白内障手术标准流程。

From October 2019 to June 2021, the biomechanical properties of the anterior capsule of cataractous lenses and capsulorhexis force characteristics were collected at Capital Medical University using a Micron Optics Si225 fiber Bragg grating demodulator. Cataract surgery is an ophthalmic procedure aimed at removing a cloudy crystalline lens and replacing it with a clear intraocular lens. Potential causes of cataracts include age-related degeneration, ocular trauma, adverse drug reactions (especially long-term use of steroids), and long-term exposure to infrared and microwave radiation. The initial symptoms typically include intense sensitivity to ordinary light (photophobia), blurred vision at night, and worsened visual acuity in low-light environments. Cataract surgery is usually performed on an outpatient basis by ophthalmologists without requiring hospitalization. Local anesthesia can be administered via topical, peribulbar, or retrobulbar routes, and patients will only experience mild discomfort or almost no sensation at all. This surgery has a success rate of over 90% in restoring vision impaired by cataracts, and the incidence of postoperative complications is extremely low. Current cataract surgery can be broadly divided into two categories: phacoemulsification and extracapsular cataract extraction. Phacoemulsification, which features day surgery, high procedure volume, low invasiveness, small surgical incisions, and rapid postoperative recovery, has become the standard global workflow for cataract surgery.
