Chloride and sulfate concentrations in 1918 Marsh, Madison, WI, 2012-2016

Bi-weekly chloride and sulfate concentrations at a suite of sampling locations in and around 1918 Marsh, a small wetland near the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus from 2012-2016. Collection is ongoing. Water temperature, water depth, and ice thickness are provided for each sampling event. Water was collected via syringes, and filtered through a 25 mm 0.45um GMF filter into plastic scintillation vials in the field. All samples were analyzed on an ion chromatograph (Dionex ICS 2100) using an electro-chemical suppressor.2012年至2016年期间，针对威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校校区附近的小型湿地1918沼泽（1918 Marsh）及其周边的一系列采样点位，每两周开展一次氯离子与硫酸盐浓度监测。该监测工作目前仍在持续进行中。每次采样均同步记录水温、水深及冰层厚度数据。野外采样时，使用注射器采集水样，经25 mm直径、0.45 μm孔径的GMF滤膜过滤后，将滤液转移至塑料闪烁瓶中。所有样品均采用配备电化学抑制器的离子色谱仪（Dionex ICS 2100）完成分析检测。
