gDNA sequencing of potential oncogenic mutations in normal human colon

The aim of this project is to detect and estimate oncogenic mutant allele frequency in normal human colon. This is part of a wider study to quantify the rates of fixation and spread of somatic mutations within human colonic mucosa and determine their contribution to colorectal cancer.
