资源简介:
Metabolic associated fatty liver disease (MAFLD) has become one of the most widespread metabolic diseases today, posing a serious threat to human health. In order to further investigate the pathogenesis of MAFLD, explore effective treatment methods and prevention strategies, it is necessary to establish stable and reliable animal models. As a model organism, adult zebrafish has the advantages of high homology with human genes and similar physiological structures, making it an ideal choice for establishing MAFLD models. Therefore, we constructed a zebrafish MAFLD model using high-fat and high cholesterol diets (4% and 20%, respectively), and used RNA-seq to reveal the transcriptional differences between this model and the liver of zebrafish fed a normal diet. This HFCD zebrafish model can be used for screening and evaluating the efficacy of anti-MAFLD drugs
