MROS Canonical Core: Curvature-Regulated Manifold Dynamics and Adaptive κ-Control

Abstract This deposit contains the canonical MROS suite: a substrate-neutral framework forcurvature-regulated manifold dynamics, coherence-debt accumulation, dual-collapsedetection, regime classification, phase-space mapping, and adaptive κ-control. The suite includes four fully audit-grade instruments:(1) a canonical 1-D regime engine with second-order dynamics and ΔG debt,(2) a κ × noise phase map,(3) a κ × noise × drift phase cube,and (4) an adaptive κ-policy learner combining a safety governor with a UCB bandit. All components preserve full histories (NPP), enforce deterministic reproducibility,and define a complete geometric picture of stability, oscillation, drift, and collapse.
