Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) often coincides with hypertension, which forms a vicious circle detrimental to human health. Our study aims to explore effect of amlodipine on pathogenesis of that. To find how the drug affect gut microbiota, DNA samples were extracted from mice cecum content and V4 region of 16S rDNA sequencing performed.
