(1) fibre photometry data - provided as a WinRAR-compressed archive of .pickle files - full_pickles.rar - which can be read into Python using the dill package. Each .pickle is a dictionary corresponding to different experimental conditions and recording location. Each key within the dictionary is a recording from one mouse in one session. CSV metafiles - HL_cohort2_metafile.csv and HL_cohort3_metafile.csv - give details of each mouse and session. Raw TDT files are available by contacting the repository owner, James McCutcheon. (2) in vitro data from fluorescence measurements in cells lines - invitro_raw_data.xlsx - an Excel file with fluorescent responses to histamine, control (HBSS), and six other neurotransmitters. (3) lick data from a multispout experiment - provided as a WinRAR-compressed archive of CSV files - multispout_raw_data.rar - where each files is from one mouse in one session. Each row in the CSV corresponds to an event. The metafile - multispout_metafile.xlsx - is an Excel file with details of injections and spout order for multispout experiment.
