资源简介:
Microbial driven ammonia oxidation process is an important source of nitrous oxide (N2O) emissions. It is of great significance to study the changes of soil nitrogen cycling microbial community abundance and structure after long-term planting in vegetable plots in facilities for maintaining sustainable agricultural development. Quantitative PCR (qPCR) was used to determine the abundance of nitrogen cycling related functional genes (amoA), nirS, nirK and nosZ in soil ammonia-oxidizing bacteria (AOB) and archaea (AOA) in vegetable plots in Gaoyi County, Hebei Province. The variation of soil nitrogen cycling microbial community and its nutrient driving factors under different planting years (T1, 5, 10 and 20) were studied.
