abli-argentina: raw spatial layers for Beyond the Map

Raw spatial layers used in: González Trilla G, Baldi G, Luchetti C, Pereira P & Grimson R (2026)Beyond the Map: Coverage, Governance and Management of Argentina'sArea-Based Legal Instruments for Conservation. Oryx (submitted). This dataset contains the input shapefiles needed to reproduce the fullgeospatial pipeline of the paper from raw data.
