The mechanisms of enhanced denitrification process driven by polylactic acid plastic: community structure, assembly and metabolic pathway

This study aimed to gain an in-depth understanding of the linkages among biodegradable PLA, nitrate reduction and microbial communities in the denitrification process. The 16S rRNA analyzed the denitrifying bacterial distribution, assembly pattern and the co-occurrence interactions of PLA plastisphere.
