The goal of this study is to compare the different characteristics of fibroblasts from normal, hypertrophic and keloid scar through RNA-seq. Overall design: Fibroblasts from normal, hypertrophic and keloid scars (n=3) were isolated and total RNA extracted from each cells were used for RNA-seq.
