Supplementary plastid-genetic information relating to Worth et al., Reticulate history of beech
收藏资源简介:
This multi-sheet file included detailed information regarding the chloroplast DNA based genetic analyses undertaken in Worth et al. (2025), Reticulate history of beechIt includes nine sheets:New and used plastomes lists the complete chloroplast genome sequences used in the study (newly assembled and harvested from gene banks) with meta-information (haplotype, provenance, coordinates);PlstmDissim gives a auto-coloured dissimilarity matrix (heat map), inferred on plastid SNPs;OptModels details the partition-wise substitution models optimised during maximum likelihood tree inference;cp splits is a comprehensive tabulation of (alternative) support for (partly incompatible) taxon bipartitions inferred via non-parametric boostrapping;cp gene stats tabulates Pi values, etc. per gene region;AddHTs_tKmK_LinI lists mutation patterns in trnK/matK sequence data stored in gene banks in relation to the newly assembled complete plastomes of F. grandifolia;GB-HTs_trnTLF lists mutation patterns in the trnL gene (exon + intron) and flanking intergenic spacers (trnT-trnL and trnL-trnF), stored in gene banks, in relation to the according region in the complete plastome data;LinV HTs lists mutation patterns in most-diverse plastid regions of the Western Eurasian species (complete plastome data available for F. caspica and F. sylvatica)The additionally provided graphic depicts the comprehensive chloroplast genome-based tree inferred by Worth et al. (2025).
