资源简介:
This project aims to determine the effect of crop rotation on microbial communities of rice paddy soil. In Uruguay, rice is grown in summer, in a dry-seeded system which is flooded 30 days after plant emergence. Three crop rotations were used in this project: flooded rice every year, three years of cattle pasture followed by two years of flooded rice, and one year of soybean followed by one year of flooded rice. Crop rotations include a summer crop (rice, soybean) and a cover pasture in winter, when a cattle pasture is seedling, it lasts all year round. Soil samples were taken at triplicates from a long-term experiment in INIA Treinta y Tres, Uruguay, a week before the first year of rice seedling from each crop rotation.
