新疆地区CMIP3未来情景气温和降水降尺度数据（2010-2099）

本数据集使用的GCMs 数据集为CMIP3 比较计划数据（PCMDI 提供的 IPCC AR4 中的24个GCM 输出结果的 A1B（中碳排放， 注重经济增长的全球共同发展情景）、A2（高碳排放，注重经济增长的区域发展情景）及 B1 （低碳排放， 强调环境可持续开发的全球共同发展情景）三个情景。本数据集采用Delta方法进行降尺度，将20C3M 数据集中1961年-1990年作为参考基准时期，同时将SRES数据集中2010年-2099年作为未来情景。

The GCMs dataset employed in this research is sourced from the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 3 (CMIP3) data. Specifically, it encompasses the outputs of 24 GCMs under three SRES scenarios from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change Fourth Assessment Report (IPCC AR4), which were provided by the Program for Climate Model Diagnosis and Intercomparison (PCMDI): the A1B scenario (medium carbon emission, focusing on globally coordinated development with emphasis on economic growth), the A2 scenario (high carbon emission, focusing on regional development oriented toward economic growth), and the B1 scenario (low carbon emission, emphasizing globally shared environmentally sustainable development). This dataset utilizes the Delta downscaling method, with the 1961–1990 period from the 20C3M dataset serving as the reference baseline, and the 2010–2099 period from the SRES dataset acting as the future scenario period.
