资源简介:
We tested the impact of flooding onto SOM decomposition and the priming effect phenomenon (interaction of labile organics with decomposition of old SOM) on two soils under controlled conditions. Soil was sampled in a temperate salt marsh of the Wadden Sea (Germany) from the Pioneer Zone (elevation of ~ 1.35 m a.s.l.) and Lower Salt marsh zone (elevation 1.6 m a.s.l.). Both soils were exposed to either one of three inundation frequencies: Continuous ebb ("Ebb"), continuous flood ("Flood") or temporal flooding ("Tide").
