资源简介:
Antlion data set of self-righting behavior. Data set of antlion individuals after a fall from a 15 cm height (larvae were hold with a tweezers). We described whether the each larva felt ventrally (abdomen up) or dorsally (abdomen down). For those that felt with the abdomen up, we measured the duration of self-righting in seconds. Then, we measured the Post-Contact Immobility (PCI, in seconds). Finally, we count how many had a PCI at the first 5% of the total PCI, at the last 5% of PCI, and the remaining 90% of the total time.
Variables: ID larva: each individual larva; side up: v (ventrally) or d (dorsally); self-right duration (sec): duration of self-righting; self-right at second: time in seconds when the self-righting occurred within the PCI; PCI total time (sec): Total post-contact immobility in seconds; first 5% of PCI time: whether the post-contact immobility was in the first 5% of the total time.
