Data for: Assessing Community Disaster Resilience in the Context of the Climate Crisis, Evidence from the Zhengzhou “7.20” Rainstorm, China

This dataset is associated with the manuscript entitled Assessing Community Disaster Resilience in the Context of the Climate Crisis: Evidence from the Zhengzhou “7.20” Rainstorm, China.The repository contains the de-identified raw questionnaire data, the cleaned item-level dataset, the SPSS analysis dataset, and supporting documentation used in the study. The survey was conducted through the Wenjuanxing platform between April 21 and May 1, 2023, and focused on community disaster resilience in Zhengzhou following the “7.20” rainstorm event.The raw dataset includes 396 questionnaire responses in de-identified form. After data screening, responses with IP-based locations outside the target study area and responses with implausible completion times were excluded, resulting in a final analytic sample of 378 valid cases. The analysis dataset includes the variables used in the descriptive and regression analyses reported in the manuscript, including composite variables where applicable.This repository is provided to support transparency and reproducibility. No directly identifying personal information is included in the shared files.
