资源简介:
The file named “_Raw.txt” represents the raw time trace of the rotational speed of a motor. Motor Y and Motor Y’ indicate two motors located on the same cell. First column represents time (s). Second column represents raw time trace of rotational speed (Hz).The file named “_CK and ternarized.txt” contains the CK‑filtered*1 time trace of the rotational speed and the corresponding rotational direction of a motor. Motor Y and Motor Y’ indicate two motors located on the same cell.Time (s)Time trace of the rotation direction derived from the CK‑filtered time trace of rotational speed. Values above +10 Hz are defined as CCW rotation (+1), values between +10 Hz and −10 Hz are defined as a stop (0), and values below −10 Hz are defined as CW rotation (−1).CK‑filtered time trace of the rotational speed (Hz). The filtering was performed using a window size of 100 and a weight of 10. *1, Chung, S. H., and R. A. Kennedy. 1991.
