This is the supplement dataset for the paper named Spatial Explicit Estimation of Endangered Freshwater Fish Biomass with Limited Data, as a Case Study of an Endemic Fish on the Tibet Plateau, China. The source code of CUPESDM current version v1.35, a Step-by-step Instruction Manual to rerun this model, and example data for the case study are available here. If the user modifies the input data and the corresponding parameters to their own fieldwork data, they can efficiently execute CUPESDM for their focused species.本数据集为论文《有限数据下濒危淡水鱼类生物量的空间显性估算——以中国青藏高原特有鱼类为例》的补充数据集。此处提供当前v1.35版本的CUPESDM源代码、复现该模型的分步操作手册，以及本案例研究的示例数据。用户可将输入数据与对应参数修改为自身的野外调查数据，即可针对目标研究物种高效运行CUPESDM。
