Gamma-secretase inhibition does not affect gene expression in squamous cell carcinoma cells that do not express Notch1

As part of a larger study on the role of Notch1 activation in squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), these control data sets were generated to study the effect of gamma-secretase inhibition on SCC cells that do not express Notch1. We found that no genes are significantly changed in response to gamma-secretase inhibition. Overall design: IC8 squamous cell carcinoma cells were grown in the presence or absence of gamma secretase inhibitor for 24 hours. Two replicates of each condition were performed.
