DNA sequencing, whole genome bisulfite sequencing and RNA sequencing data of two contrasting maize inbreds under different water environments

Two maize inbreds with contrasting drought tolerance were identified and the genome were sequenced 30x depth. And the five-week-old leaf and root samples of these two lines under different water environments were used for whole genome bisulfite sequencing and RNA sequencing.
