Functional regeneration and repair of tendons using biomimetic scaffolds loaded with recombinant Periostin

For molecular profiling of tendon maturation, we performed mRNA microarray analyses of total rat tendon tissue harvested from normal neonatal and 6-8w Achilles’ tendons and identified meaningful genes in down-regulated group为开展肌腱成熟的分子谱分析，我们对从正常新生大鼠及6-8周龄跟腱（Achilles’ tendon）中采集的大鼠全肌腱组织进行了mRNA微阵列分析（mRNA microarray），并在下调基因组中鉴定出具有显著生物学意义的基因。
