<b></b>A common and serious illness in preterm infants, neonatal respiratory distress syndrome (NRDS) is characterized by lung immaturity and inadequate surfactant production. Optimizing supportive therapies, like physiotherapy, is still essential to improve respiratory outcomes and overall recovery, even though improvements in neonatal care have increased survival rates. The goal of this systematic review procedure is to compile the body of knowledge about the efficacy of physiotherapy therapies for newborns with NRDS.

新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(neonatal respiratory distress syndrome, NRDS)是早产儿群体中常见且严重的疾病,以肺脏成熟度不足及表面活性物质产生不足为特征。尽管新生儿护理技术的进步已提升了患儿存活率,但优化包括物理治疗在内的支持疗法,仍是改善呼吸结局与整体康复效果的关键举措。本系统综述旨在汇总现有关于物理治疗用于新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿的疗效相关研究成果。
