Melanoma is a malignant tumor originating from pigment cells in the skin, and it has a higher propensity to metastasize to other parts of the body compared to other types of skin cancer. This dataset provides analytical workflows for DNA, RNA, and single-cell analysis. Specifically, the DNA analysis workflow encompasses analyses of point mutations, structural variations, gene fusions, and copy number variations (CNVs). For RNA-seq analyses, in addition to differential gene expression, the workflow also covers de novo transcript discovery, allele-specific expression, and interactions between transcripts and non-coding RNAs. The single-cell analytical workflow includes cell type identification, cell-cell communication analysis, single-cell trajectory analysis, and transcription factor analysis.
