The dataset includes the following files: Supplementary Material 1 GenBank_accessions.xlsx An Excel table listing all nucleotide sequences used in the phylogenetic analyses. The table contains: Species names GenBank accession numbers These sequences were used for comparative phylogenetic reconstruction of related rissoid taxa. Supplementary Material 2 RevBayes_script.txt (or .Rev) The full RevBayes script used for Bayesian phylogenetic inference based on concatenated two-gene data. The script includes: Model specification Partition settings MCMC parameters Outgroup designation Tree sampling settings This file enables full reproducibility of the Bayesian phylogenetic analysis presented in the manuscript. Folder: Phylogenetic_trees This folder contains additional phylogenetic trees that were not included in the main text: Single-gene trees (individual gene analyses) Maximum Likelihood tree based on concatenated data Trees are provided in standard formats (.tre and.pdf).
