This repository contains the raw data and supplementary materials supporting the manuscript titled "HSPA6 orchestrates EV71 virulence by serving as a molecular chaperone that stabilizes the VP1-SCARB2 uncoating complex". The provided datasets are made available in accordance with the journal's Open Data policy to facilitate transparency and reproducibility. Contents of the repository: This dataset is organized into the following sub-folders: (1) Western Blot (WB) Raw Images: Includes original, uncropped Western blot membranes used in Figure [1, 2, 4, 5, 6, S1, S3]. File formats: .tif Annotations: Bands are labeled corresponding to the protein targets and experimental conditions described in the manuscript. (2) Immunofluorescence (IF) Microscopy: Original confocal microscopy images demonstrating the colocalization of HSPA6, EV71 VP1 and SCARB2 proteins. File formats: .tif (3) Quantitative Data (Figure Source Data): Excel spreadsheets (.xlsx) containing raw numerical data for all bar charts and quantification figures (e.g., relative expression, viral titers) and processed transcriptomic analysis data (e.g., DEGs) utilized in Figure 3.
