Whole genome sequencing of Texel and Scottish Blackface sheep.

This study generated WGS libraries from DNA extracted from nasal swabs , spleen and blood samples from 36 Texel x Scottish Blackface sheep that were sequenced by Novogene, Cambridge UK using the Illumina NovaSeq6000 platform. FAANG data are released under the Fort Lauderdale and Toronto principles 1,2. FAANG data creators reserve the right to first publication of the results obtained from using a dataset in genome wide analysis.
