Cultivation and Growth of Young Editors of University Journals

This report is made by Zhao Linlin at the 25th annual Meeting of China University Science and Technology Journal Research Association. This paper mainly discusses the training and growth of young editors of university journals. The report mainly discusses from the following aspects: the characteristics and work requirements of young editors, the training of young editors in the Journal of Huazhong Agricultural University, the learning and growth process of young editors, etc. The report believes that young editors need to actively integrate into the editorial circle, make full use of the academic resources of the school and strengthen learning and thinking.
